Shep Hyken

Shep Hyken is a customer service and experience expert and the Chief Amazement Officer of Shepard Presentations. He is a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestselling author and has been inducted into the National Speakers Association Hall of Fame for lifetime achievement in the speaking profession. Shep works with companies and organizations who want to build loyal relationships with their customers and employees. His articles have been read in hundreds of publications, and he is the author of Moments of Magic®, The Loyal Customer, The Cult of the Customer, The Amazement Revolution and Amaze Every Customer Every Time. He is also the creator of The Customer Focus™, a customer service training program which helps clients develop a customer service culture and loyalty mindset. 

In 1983 Shep founded Shepard Presentations and since then has worked with hundreds of clients ranging from Fortune 100 size organizations to companies with less than 50 employees. Some of his clients include American Airlines, AAA, Anheuser-Busch, AT&T, AETNA, Abbott Laboratories, American Express - and that’s just a few of the A’s! Shep Hyken’s most requested programs focus on customer service, customer loyalty, internal service, customer relations and the customer experience. He is known for his high-energy presentations, which combine important information with entertainment (humor and magic) to create exciting programs for his audiences.


Sam Mallikarjunan
Sam Mallikarjunan is an Executive Strategist at HubSpot and former Head of Growth at HubSpot Labs, the somewhat-secret experimental arm of the world's #1 Sales & Marketing platform. Sam teaches Digital Marketing at the Harvard Division of Continuing Education and the University of South Florida's Muma College of Business. He is also the co-author of the book "How To Sell Better Than Amazon" (which, thanks to the publisher, is ironically available for purchase on Amazon).


Chris Jones

Chris Jones was one of the three founders of Canalys, a leading provider of consulting and market analysis for the high-tech industry, its work spanning IT, consumer electronics and telecommunications. Recognized globally, its team members are respected and influential across such diverse sectors as smart mobile devices, IP telephony, and enterprise security and computing. The Canalys brand has become synonymous with quality, timeliness and accessibility among a prestigious client base that includes most of the world's leading technology brands and is based in the Americas office in Palo Alto, California.

In 2016, Chris launched the Autonomous Vehicle Analysis service. The service is the industry's first dedicated, global autonomous vehicles market analysis service. Chris leads a global team of analysts providing ongoing analysis of this highly dynamic and geographically diverse market.

Chris has given keynote speeches and moderated sessions at many industry conferences and has worked on numerous consultancy projects for Canalys clients over the years. He is regularly quoted in the influential business and trade press on mobility issues.


Bill Faeth

A former golf professional and career entrepreneur, Bill has successfully launched multiple startups in industries that include eCommerce, transportation, and even a nationwide glow-in-the-dark mini golf business. In 2008, Bill discovered inbound marketing as one of HubSpot’s earliest users. He quickly became a convert to the inbound methodology, as it enabled him to grow his businesses faster than ever, while also reducing his marketing spend.

Bill has since become a nationally-recognized expert on business growth and development, entrepreneurship, and marketing. As Founder of Inbound Marketing Agents, he applies his tremendous passion for teaching and educating business owners and marketers about the art of inbound marketing, so they can successfully compete with larger companies and bigger budgets. He has delivered keynotes and training seminars across the country.


Shannon Faulkner

Shannon Faulkner and her husband Jason, started Delphis Creative Marketing Solutions in September of 2011 to help small business owners plan out and achieve their dreams. Shannon has been working with small businesses for over 14 years. First as a health insurance broker with her own small brokerage and currently as the founder and CEO of Delphis Creative Marketing Solutions, a boutique digital marketing Agency. Shannon has a passion for creating strategic plans tailored to fit the needs of small businesses. Shannon's plans have generated thousands of dollars of new revenue, new customers or clients for the companies that she works with.

Shannon has been chosen to represent some amazing companies such as Constant Contact, and as a 2016 All Star Award winner, Shannon has been asked to speak to small business owners helping them negotiate the rapidly-changing world of internet marketing, e-mail marketing, social media management, review generation and reputation management strategies.
