ADMITTANCE POLICY
Admittance will only be granted to owners, operators or direct employees of a vehicle for hire or chauffeur-driven business and sponsors of the LCT Leadership Summit. All registrations are pending approval and will be audited for compliance. Registrations that do not adhere to this policy will be rejected. No exceptions will be made.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Requests for cancellation must be made in writing prior to April 21, 2017, and will be granted by show management's discretion. A $75 processing fee will be applied. PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE
By attending the LCT Leadership Summit, you hereby grant Bobit Business Media, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and multimedia of you and your property in relation to the LCT Leadership Summit. You also authorize the LCT Leadership Summit to use such images with or without your name, and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, print advertising, and Web content.

HOSPITALITY AND SPECIAL EVENTS:
Your company is required to be a sponsor of the 2017 LCT Leadership Summit to maintain a hospitality suite, or conduct a special event during the LCT Leadership Summit. You must request approval from the LCT Leadership Summit 45 days prior to the event. The suite or special event host is responsible for making the arrangements for the hospitality event with the Eden Roc Miami Beach and is responsible for all charges. No events will be permitted that conflict with any official portion of the LCT Leadership Summit program. Promotion of the event may occur at the sponsor’s table or if the event is open to the entire conference delegation, a request can be made to be included in the program guide. LCT Leadership Summit reserves the right to not approve an event or hospitality room in conjunction with the event. The Eden Roc Miami Beach has been advised not to book an event unless it has been approved LCT Leadership Summit in advance. No event can be conducted during Summit hours.
