Registration Questions


How do I register?

Visit the registration page for easy ways to register.

ADMITTANCE POLICY:
Admittance will only be granted to owners, operators or direct employees of a vehicle for hire or chauffeur driven business and sponsors of the LCT Leadership Summit. All registrations are pending approval and will be audited for compliance. Registrations that do not adhere to this policy will be rejected. No exceptions will be made.

I am not a limousine, charter or tour operator. Can I attend?

No. You must be an owner, operator or direct employee of a vehicle for hire or chauffeur driven business to attend the LCT Leadership Summit.

Service providers including but not limited to vehicle manufacturers, technology companies, insurance agencies and leasing companies are not permitted to attend unless they are an official sponsor of the LCT Leadership Summit.

Can I register onsite?

Maybe. Event attendance is limited to 150 participants and will sell out.  If you would like to attend, we strongly suggest pre-registering early or calling the LCT Summit at (253) 983-0515 prior to making your travel plans.


Can I bring my spouse?

Yes. You may purchase a Spouse Pass (with your Full Conference Pass) that includes evening functions, beach activities and typically a credit for resort spa services. The Spouse Pass does NOT include lunches nor does it include educational sessions. 

A Spouse is considered a traveling companion to the full conference registrant that does NOT work in the limousine, charter and tour industry. Those involved in the industry must purchase a Full Conference Pass.

Can I register my business partner as a spouse?

No. The spouse program is intended for companions that ARE NOT working in the limousine, charter and tour industry. Partners involved in the industry must purchase a Full Conference Pass.


Can I attend the networking events ONLY?

No, unless you purchase a full conference pass. The spouse pass program is intended for companions that ARE NOT working in the limousine, charter and tour industry.


Can I bring my children?

You are welcome to bring your children. However, children are not permitted to attend any of the events included on the official LCT Leadership Summit schedule.


Where do I pick up my badge onsite?

Your badge will be available for pick up onsite on Sunday, May 21, 2017. 

Keep your badge with you at all times. You will be required to present it at each LCT Summit event.


Can I get a refund?

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Requests for cancellation must be made in writing prior to April 21, 2017 and will be granted by show management's discretion. A $75 processing fee will be applied. No refunds will be granted under any circumstances after April 21, 2017. If I can’t attend, can I transfer my badge to someone else?

If you cannot attend, you can contact event management at (253) 983-0515 and request a transfer. Badge transfers can only be made to an employee of the same company and must be requested by April 21, 2017.

All badge transfer requests are subject to the approval of event management.



Travel Questions


What is the closest airport to Nobu Hotel at Eden Roc?

Miami International Airport (MIA) is closest to Miami Beach with a 15-minute commute, but the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) is also convenient at about 30 minutes.


How do I make hotel reservations?

Be sure to book early; rooms are limited and will sell out!


General Questions


What is the correct attire for the LCT Leadership Summit?

Resort attire. Basically, you can dress to be casual and comfortable.


Can I host a party in conjunction with the LCT Leadership Summit?

Your company is required to be a sponsor of the 2017 LCT Leadership Summit to maintain a hospitality suite, or conduct a special event during the LCT Leadership Summit. You must request approval from the LCT Leadership Summit 45 days prior to the event. The suite or special event host is responsible for making the arrangements for the hospitality event with Nobu Hotel at Eden Roc and is responsible for all charges. No events will be permitted that conflict with any official portion on the LCT Leadership Summit program. Promotion of the event may occur at the sponsor’s table or if the event is open to the entire conference delegation, a request can be made to be included in the program guide. LCT Leadership Summit reserves the right to not approve an event or hospitality room in conjunction with the event. Nobu Hotel at Eden Roc has been advised not to book an event unless it has been approved LCT Leadership Summit in advance. No event can be conducted during Summit hours.
