Tim Delaney
Lancer Insurance Company

 

Tim Delaney joined Lancer Insurance Company in 1982 and serves as the company’s executive vice president, transportation division and a director of Lancer Financial Group.  Lancer is the largest insurer of passenger transportation in the U.S. with over $120 million of annual premiums in the sector.  Delaney’s background includes 30 years of insurance and reinsurance experience.  He is a member of the Society of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters (CPCU).

 

Scott Deming

Sara Eastwood-McLean
LCT Magazine

Sara Eastwood-McLean was hired by Bobit Publishing Company (now Bobit Business Media) in 1991 and tasked to revamp the sales and marketing programs for LCT Magazine and the LCT Show.  Since then she has grown the “journal of record” publication to one that has been ranked among the company’s top three most profitable (of more than 20), reached a pinnacle of 3,800 attendees at the 2006 Las Vegas convocation and developed four additional profit centers including the LCT Leadership Summit, the LCT Eastern Conference, a products department that sells myriad business tools to the livery trade, and the management company of the National Limousine Association.

 

Jeff Nichols
Ford Motor Company

Jeff joined Ford Motor Company in 1985 and held multiple management positions in the company's Lincoln Mercury division including field assignments in the Dallas, San Francisco and Los Angeles regional offices, where he held positions including Zone Manager, Merchandising Manager, Owner Loyalty/Red Carpet Leasing Manager and Distribution Manager.

From 1993 to 2002, Jeff returned to Ford Motor Company's general office and held numerous Ford division marketing, brand management and customer satisfaction management roles, including Consumer and Product Research Manager; Small Car/Truck Brand Team Manager; Owner/Loyalty Customer Satisfaction Manager; Business Operations Training Manger for Ford Investment Enterprise Corporation; and Consumer Connect eDealer Services, Communications and Training Manager.   

In 2002, Jeff was appointed Global Business Development Manager of Ford Motor Company's commercial fleet, a position he currently serves in. In this role, Jeff is responsible for developing and sustaining a global fleet infrastructure that allows all of the Ford Motor Company Trustmark brands to compete for the top Fortune 500 corporate global fleet business.  He is recognized as Ford Motor Company's expert in global fleet sales and serves as the company spokesperson for the fleet industry.

In 2009, Jeff was appointed Limousine and Livery Manager where he will be additionally responsible for growing the Ford Motor Company's limousine and livery sales.

 

Manesh Rath
Keller & Heckman LLP

Manesh Rath is a partner at Keller and Heckman LLP in Washington, D.C.  He represents management in employment law, labor law, and occupational safety and health law and has authored employment law articles in several publications, including the Labor Lawyer.  He is a co-author of the OSHA book, Occupational Safety and Health Law handbook.  Rath has conducted litigation, motions, and trials before state and federal courts and state and federal administrative agencies and been lead counsel defending employers in collective and class action matters involving the Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage-hour laws.
